Sway your Way Down the Street

As I walked out of the Las Vegas Convention Center tonight, the evening before the +International CES show starts, I was "Sway"ed to check out this new angle on transportation. It is called the Sway Motorsports  "Sway Lithium", a prototype vehicle currently in a  BETA testing production.  With a front end that looks like a Piaggio MP3 and a riding stance like none other, this 3 wheeled electric motorcycle is actually steered primarily with your feet.  This gives you better turning radius and traction, as well as a safer position while cornering.

They are testing the market for 2 different base models, one Lithium (seen above) and the other a cheaper slower and range reduced version that will run on Lead Acid batteries. Here are the specs of the two proposed models:

Joe Wilcox, founder of Sway Motorsports, said they are taking reservations for preorders on his site http://www.swaymotorsports.com/. The pre-order reservation costs $100 but is refundable.
Sway is not here at CES but Joe is out there riding around showing people his crazy cool electric 3 wheeled street surfer.

....CES starts tomorrow morning.... so I am gonna go out and shoot some nighttime shots on the strip.  What did you think? that I was gonna sleep or something?  :)

The DJI  press conference is tomorrow, should be one of the highlights for sure!
